Plans for Parkview’s early learning centre have recently received building consent. Preparations for the construction of the centre are due to commence shortly, meaning the centre is on track to open it’s doors late 2019. The centre will sit directly opposite Rautawhiri Park along Rautawhiri Road and within the Parkview development. It has an expected capacity of 70 children.
The early learning centre was designed by Lifestyle Architectural Services who have a strong presence in early childhood education, having designed many early learning centres New Zealand wide. Lifestyle Architectural Services work in partnership with Childcare Hub. Childcare Hub is a group of specialist companies that provide services and products to early learning providers, including furniture, playground equipment and educational resources.
The Parkview Development is within walking distance of two schools – Helensville School (years 1 - 8) and Kaipara College (years 9 - 13). Now with the addition of the early learning centre, the younger residents of the Parkview neighbourhood and Helensville’s growing population will be able to access top-quality education from tot to teen.
In June of this year, American wholesale giant Costco announced plans to open it’s first New Zealand store in 2021 in the heart of Westgate’s master-planned retail, business and community hub on the city’s north-western fringe.
The team behind the Parkview Development are pleased to announce that we will be sponsoring the Tu Tangi Ora Waka Ama team.
Helensville’s unique location and charming rural character are what separates this small township from its neighbouring areas. Now, thanks to considerable growth across Auckland’s northwestern regions, Helensville is shaping up to be the best of the west.
